Uttarakhand, fondly known as Devbhoomi or the Land of Gods, is home to countless temples and sacred circuits that welcome devotees year‑round. Among these, the most revered pilgrimage is the Char Dham Yatra — a spiritual journey to four holy shrines nestled high in the Himalayas: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.
In Hindi, char means “four” and dham refers to “abodes of God.” Together, they represent the four divine destinations that every devotee aspires to visit at least once in their lifetim
Arrival & Welcome: Upon reaching Haridwar, meet our tour representative, who will assist with hotel check‑in and provide a brief briefing on the upcoming yatra.
Relax & Refresh: After check‑in, participants can rest and freshen up from their journey.
Explore at Leisure: The day is free for participants to explore Haridwar at their own pace.
Evening Highlight: Witness the Magical Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a soul‑stirring experience as priests perform rituals with lamps and chants by the river.
Dinner & Overnight Stay: Return to the hotel after dinner (own cost), and overnight stay in Haridwar.
Drive to Barkot: After breakfast, begin the scenic drive through Himalayan foothills.
Arrival & Check‑In: On reaching Barkot, check into the hotel and relax.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Barkot.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, drive approx. 35 km to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti.
Trek to Yamunotri: Begin the 6 km trek (one way) to Yamunotri Temple. Options available: walk, horse, or doli (own cost).
Sacred Bath: On arrival, take a holy dip in the warm waters of Surya Kund (Hot Spring).
Darshan: Perform puja and seek blessings of Maa Yamunaji at the temple (Altitude: 3,235 m).
Return Trek: Trek back to Jankichatti and drive to Barkot.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Barkot.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, relax for a while before starting the journey.
Drive to Uttarkashi: Scenic drive through mountain roads (approx. 100 km).
En Route Visit: Stop at Shiv Gufa, a small sacred cave dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Arrival & Temple Visit: On reaching Uttarkashi, visit the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Hotel Check‑In: Later, check into the hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest and relaxation.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Early Morning Departure: After breakfast, begin the scenic drive to Gangotri (approx. 100 km one way).
Arrival at Gangotri: On reaching Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Bhagirathi (Ganga at its origin).
Darshan & Puja: Perform rituals and seek blessings at the Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Maa Ganga.
Return Journey: Drive back to Uttarkashi in the evening.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, begin the long but scenic drive towards Guptkashi.
En Route Highlight: Witness the beautiful Mandakini River at Tilwara, flowing down from Kedarnath.
Arrival at Guptkashi: On reaching Guptkashi, visit the revered Ardh Narishwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva in his half‑male, half‑female form.
Hotel Check‑In: Later, check into the hotel and relax after the journey.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, drive approx. 30 km to Sonprayag / Sitapur
By Trek: (Doli - khacchar - pithu - own cost - vip darsan) From Sonprayag, take a local jeep (own cost) for 5 km to Gaurikund.
Begin the 16 km trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath.
Arrival at Kedarnath: On reaching Kedarnath, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple and seek blessings of Lord Shiva.
Additional Visit: Pay respects at the Shankaracharya Samadhi, located behind the temple.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Kedarnath (Bunk Bed).
Morning Exploration: After breakfast, explore nearby areas of Kedarnath by walk.
Return Options: Horses, ponies, and palanquins (palkhi) own cost
By Trek: Begin the 16 km trek back to Gaurikund. From Gaurikund, take a local jeep (own cost) to Sonprayag. Keep the driver’s contact number handy due to parking issues, and call upon arrival at sitapur parking for pick‑up.
Arrival at Guptkashi: On reaching Guptkashi, check into the hotel and relax.
Meals & Stay: Dinner & Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, begin the scenic drive towards Pandukeshwar / pipalkoti.
En Route Journey: Pass through Joshimath, a spiritual and cultural hub nestled in the Himalayas.
Arrival at Pandukeshwar: On reaching Pandukeshwar/Pipalkoti, check into the hotel and relax after the long drive.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Pandukeshwar /pipalkoti.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, drive towards Badrinath Dham.
Darshan: Seek blessings at the revered Badrivishal Temple, one of the Char Dhams.
Mana Village (Indo‑Tibetan border) -Vyas Gufa – .Saraswati Temple – dedicated to the goddess of wisdom, near the origin of Saraswati River.
Drive to Pipalkoti: After darshan and sightseeing, continue the journey to Pandukeswar /Pipalkoti .
Hotel Check‑In: On arrival, check into the hotel and relax.
Meals & Stay: Breakfast, Dinner & Overnight stay at Pipalkoti.
Morning Departure: After breakfast, begin the return journey towards Haridwar
Scenic Drive: Travel through the Himalayan valleys, passing sacred confluences and rivers along the way.
Arrival & Drop: On reaching Haridwar guests will be dropped at hotel.
Meals - Stay: Overnight stay at Haridwar, allowing time for reflection and rest after the yatra.
