GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and transactions offered by Go Trip Guide. By booking any tour or service through our website or representatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Go Trip Guide reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.


BOOKING POLICY
  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  2. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation (email / WhatsApp).

  3. Customers must provide accurate personal, travel, and ID information. Any error may result in cancellation without refund.

  4. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  5. For fixed-departure or batch tours, date changes are not guaranteed.


FIXED BATCH & DEPARTURE POLICY (For Yatra / Group Tours)
  1. Certain tours operate on fixed batch departures only.

  2. Each batch may have a maximum passenger limit as announced.

  3. Customers must report at the designated reporting location, date, and time.

  4. Late arrival or failure to report will be treated as a no-show, with no refund applicable.

  5. The company reserves the right to merge, reschedule, or cancel batches due to weather, safety, government orders, or insufficient bookings.


PAYMENTS & PRICING
  1. Tour prices may vary based on travel dates, hotel category, transport availability, and seasonal demand.

  2. An advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.

  3. Full payment must be completed before departure as per the communicated timeline.

  4. For last-minute bookings, 100% payment may be required.

  5. Accepted payment modes: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and approved payment gateways.

  6. Failed, delayed, or incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation.

  7. Any increase in government taxes, fuel charges, or supplier costs must be borne by the customer.


GROUP DISCOUNT POLICY
  1. Group discounts apply only to confirmed group bookings under a single group name.

  2. Minimum group size and discount slabs will be communicated at the time of enquiry.

  3. Group discounts are valid only when payments are made collectively.

  4. If group size reduces after booking, discounts will be revised or withdrawn.

  5. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.


TRAIN / FLIGHT TICKET POLICY
  1. Train and flight tickets are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

  2. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  3. IRCTC / Airline rules govern ticket confirmation.

  4. The company is not responsible for waiting list, delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by transport providers.

  5. Once booked, tickets are non-transferable, and cancellation policies vary by provider.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or registered account.

  2. Cancellation charges depend on the service provider's policies and the time of cancellation.

  3. A maximum refund of up to 50% may be applicable after deductions.

  4. Non-refundable components (permits, helicopter tickets, special bookings) will not be refunded.

  5. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–8 working days.

  6. No refunds for:

    • Booking Deposits

    • No-shows

    • Early check-outs

    • Unused services

    • Missed departures due to late arrival


CHANGES & RESCHEDULING
  1. Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and additional charges.

  2. Upgrades or amendments requested after booking will be chargeable.

  3. Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or force majeure events, with no refund obligation.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Guests must carry a valid Government-issued photo ID.

  2. Some destinations may require special permits or registrations, chargeable separately.

  3. The company is not responsible for the denial of services due to missing or invalid documents.

  4. Customers are responsible for their health, fitness, and personal belongings.


HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION POLICY
  1. Standard hotel check-in/check-out times apply.

  2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

  3. Hotel images shown are illustrative only.

  4. The company is not liable for hotel service deficiencies.


TOUR PACKAGE TERMS
  1. Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned before booking.

  2. Meals, transport, and sightseeing are provided strictly as per the itinerary.

  3. Personal expenses and optional activities are not included.

  4. No liability for delays or losses due to natural disasters, landslides, weather, or government restrictions.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  1. Go Trip Guide acts solely as an intermediary between customers and service providers.

  2. We are not responsible for injury, loss, delay, accident, or service failure by third parties.

  3. No compensation claims shall arise for events beyond our control.


USER CONDUCT
  1. Users must not misuse the website or make fraudulent bookings.

  2. Abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour may result in cancellation without refund.

  3. Alcohol, illegal substances, or prohibited conduct during tours may lead to immediate removal.


GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
